Responsibilities : Perform technical duties |

To scope/understand customers’ requirements to match Applications & Solutions deliverables. |

Provide production support, handle problem incidents and change requests till closure, troubleshoot and perform impact analysis, if required. |
| |
• |
Involved in the system development life cycle including application development, implementation and post implementation review. |
| |
• |
Assist in technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, conduct system integration testing and user acceptance testing and implementation roll out. |
| |
• |
To provide Product and Users’ training to Customers. |
| |
Account Manager / Sales Manager
Responsibilities : Perform Sales/Account Management duties
|
| |
• |
To scope/understand customers’ requirements to match Applications & Solutions deliverables. |
| |
• |
Responsible for Developing new accounts in Malaysia. |
| |
• |
Maintain the relationship with Prospect and Existing Customers Develop and implement sales strategies that will meet the assigned sales quotas for CRM, BI and Oracle Database related solutions. Work together with Technical team on proposal and presentation, and demo. |

| Requirements: |
| |
• |
Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline with relevant experience and Familiarity with industry domain such as Financial Services, Telco, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistic and Government will be an added advantage. |
| |
• |
Must be willing to travel/relocate & participate in on-call 24x7 rotation. |
| |
• |
Must be a Service and Customer orientated team player. Flexible, self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and possess strong analytical skills. |
| |
• |
Good motivational skills plus verbal and written communication skills, strong command of English Language. |
| |
• |
For Oracle DB Senior position required minimum 3 – 5 years DBA hands-on implementation experience in Oracle / DB2 / MS SQL server 2000 database environment with multiple database instances. |
| |
• |
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) is preferable. |
| |
• |
For Oracle DB Junior position preferably minimum 2 years DBA hand-on experience. Fresh graduate with the relevant DBA or OCA (Oracle Certified Associate) certifications are also encourage to apply. Knowledge with on various platforms (Unix, NT), Hardware Clustering and 3rd party backup software are added advantage. |

For Apps DBA position preferably minimum 5 years of hands on implementation Oracle 11i Applications DBA, Technical architecture design, build and test experience. |
| |
• |
For Project Delivery Manager Position preferably at least 5 years of which at least 3 years must be in a project management capacity. |
| |
• |
Understanding of Software Development Methodology, Procedure & write System Design Documentation is a must. |
| |
• |
Having experience in developing system is a must, with experience in using Java, Oracle, and Unix being an advantage. |
| |
• |
PMP certification will be an added advantage. |
| |
• |
For BI Solution Architect Position preferable with minimum At least 1-2 full cycle BI & data warehouse implementation experience and in a technical architect role with a minimum of 4-6 years. |
| |
• |
Strong, Hands on data warehousing experience either on generic best of breed products (Teradata, Oracle DW, Informatica, Cognos, Ab Initio, Business Objects etc.) or on the package based BI products (e.g. SAP BW, Oracle BI, Siebel Analytics, Peoplesoft EPM etc.). |

For Application Consultant Position preferably minimum 3 year(s) of experience in PL/SQL, SQL, RDBMS. |
| |
• |
Knowledge of Oracle, UNIX, PERL, VB.Net, ASP.Net, J2EE and QA/testing is an added advantage. |
| |
• |
Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. |
| |
• |
For Account/Sales Manager Position preferably minimum 3 year(s) of solutions selling experience and exposure to CRM, BI and Oracle Database. |
| |
• |
Good Sales Track record in the similar market. |
| |
