Mason Technologies was incorporated in 2007, with an initial team of 24 people. In 2012 we have now expanded into two unique entities, SynergyTech – which is Database and Infrastructure focused and SymphonyApps – which focuses on Customer Relationship Management solutions and Sales Performance Management solutions

 


 

SymphonyApps

We have built up a reputation as a consulting team who focuses on CRM and Incentive Compensation as domain experts. When it comes to CRM we know best, blending the intricate knowledge we have to map different product offerings to different customer requirements depending on what would be the best fit – and this has the greatest effect on solving a business need. We have built a portfolio that includes large deployments – CRM rollout for over 300 agents across 13 countries and deep industry verticals from Manufacturing, Distribution, Life Sciences, Education, Utilities and Public Sector implementations.

For Incentive Compensation, we provide an industry leading solution in Callidus software’s suite of Sales Performance Management tools including a complete Cloud based hosted solution as well as traditional on premise implementation.

 


SynergyTech

Primary focus on database and software infrastructure related technologies, leveraging solutions from Oracle and Microsoft on a variety of platforms and operating systems from Windows to the different flavours of Unix. With over 30 customer implementations, live projects and on-going yearly business support renewals, the SynergyTech practice comes bundled with a wealth of experience and skilled consultants.
